3. How many photos will I get on my compact digital camera card?
Find out how many images you'll get on a card. Card sizes vary considerably, and if you have a 10 megapixel camera, as a rule of thumb, high quality images will take up twice as much space as those from a 5 megapixel camera. You will get a card with the camera, but you'll only fit a small number of images on that card. You'll need to add the cost of a new card with a larger capacity to the cost of the camera.
