3. Does the DVD recorder have a hard disc drive?
Most recorders except the cheapest have a hard drive, which is the way to go.
- While they are more expensive to buy, you'll save money (and a lot of hassle) because you don't have to burn everything to a disc.
- The hard drive also allows simultaneous recording and play back (some expensive disc recorders may also allow this).
- A hard drive also allows you to more easily edit recorded content.
