12. What kind of tuner/s does the DVD recorder provide?
When you buy a DVD recorder containing a tuner (to tune in to your television), check if it is analog or digital, and if it's digital, whether it is standard definition (SD) or high definition (HD). If you're used to watching HD TV, you'll be very disappointed if your recordings are only SD, or worse, analog (if that is even available in your area).
