Exercise bikes - what to ask before you buy
2. Should I try it first?
Try the exercise bike in the shop before you buy it to be sure it's comfortable and smooth riding. Some configurations of height/seat/handlebars will suit you better than others. See if it is adjustable to make it right for you - if it isn't, it's just another reason not to use it (and therefore not to buy it!). If you're on the heavy side, see if it has a weight limit.
